Kimberly Monday, the so-called "Entrepreneur & Dynamic Woman of San Diego" is nothing but a two-faced scam artist. Everything out of her mouth is a lie as she tries to scam suckers out of their money. Client after client, she took their money to pay for past debts, and couldn't deliver on her promises.
She screwed over her employees, taking money from clients then stiffing her employees with no pay. She is a walking train wreck. Somehow, her personality fools enough people to either feel sorry for her, or want to "get" with her. So sad, because if she was an honest person who cared about anything other than feeding her growing waistline, she could be productive.
What's really unbelievable is that Kimberly Monday is actually teaching a course in marketing at University of San Diego (USD). What are these students learning, how to talk in marketing double-speak and bullsh** your way through your profession. If you don't believe me, how about the California State Attorney's office? Since Kimberly filed bankruptcy to avoid paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, she was stupid enough to think she could just set up "Monday and Associates" as a new company to collect on owed receivables of the bankrupt company. Ah... Kimberly, that is illegal. Kimberly also scammed acquaintances into becoming investors by cooking the books. She has conned at least 3 very smart people into investing into a black hole, and now she's in law suits from those investors.
She even let her previously loyal employees work for weeks without pay. Shame on you, Kimberly Monday. Don’t be scammed by this cougar-wannabe predator.

well well well.....i can't say that i am that surpised to see something like this written about kimberly. being a previous employee and "friend" i have been on the receiving end of her "cougar like" claws. i am a firm believer in kharma and this helps instill my belief just a little bit more. she is very good at deception and getting people to believe and trust in her; then all it takes is for you to turn your back on her for one instant and everything you thought was real will be gone forever. i never wish for harm to come to people who don't deserve it.....what am i wishing for now....? only i know for sure ;)

Your negative comments are completely untrue. The real scam is the fact that you are posting a blog that is false and you won't even reveal yourself. Everything in that article is true!! Mark Astone is one of the investors who lost over 750k and that doesn't even include all the attorney fees. When Kimberly finally decided to settle out of court she no showed to the meeting. I'm shocked she still lives in San Diego but then again she has burned bridges all the way down from San Fran to Orange Co. I doubt she goes to Mexico any longer as she has made o many enemies with all her bad business deals from resort owners down there. Beware shes good at what she does best! Scamming!!

I have seen the work that Kimberly does and I'll say that I'm not impressed. If she could sell her client's product as well as she sells herself as being an honest person, it might be worth the outlandish fees she charges!
Oh, and you forgot to mention that she's fat and has bad hair. These things are also true.
